The two-day meeting brought together teacher coordinators from the educational institutions of the Allahabad Province, providing them with a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, professional growth, and the exchange of ideas.
The inaugural ceremony, which depicted the Solar System, was an invitation to imbibe the unity and coordination of the planets, as we are part of the whole universe. The gathering was blessed by the gracious presence of Respected Sr. Shweta CJ, Provincial Superior, Respected Sr. Prabha CJ, Principal of St. Mary’s Convent High School, Kanpur, Sr. Marina CJ, Principal, SMCIC Lucknow and a number of sisters, whose presence added significance to the occasion.
Effective integration of technology
The highlight of the meeting was the enriching sessions conducted by Rev. Fr. Shaiju Chacko, the resource person for the programme. Through his engaging presentations, clear explanations, and practical demonstrations, he introduced the participants to the effective integration of technology in educational administration.
His expertise in digital tools, artificial intelligence, and computer applications enabled the coordinators to explore innovative ways of enhancing communication, planning, documentation, and classroom management. The participants appreciated the practical relevance of every session and expressed their confidence in implementing these newly acquired skills in their respective institutions.
