Safeguarding

Each person is created in the image and likeness of God and has the same innate dignity. The Congregatio Jesu commits to protecting and promoting this dignity by constantly working for a safe, supportive and caring environment at all levels in the congregation and beyond in all our relationships.

What is safeguarding?

The term “safeguarding” stands for a common and international understanding that both children and vulnerable adults are provided with the utmost care, protection and most importantly includes the prevention of abuse.

Safeguarding is the work both of the Church and society to ensure that same level of care, protection and prevention at all times.

In the Congregatio Jesu we take safeguarding and the different forms of abuse very seriously. If you want to make a complaint or have a question regarding safeguarding in our congregation, you can reach us through: safeguarding@congjesu.org

Our Safeguarding Delegate is Estela Grignola CJ.
