The sisters began their visit in Hungary on February 16, 2025. On February 17 they met with the older Hungarian sisters. On the next two days they completed their visitation in Hungary. After that they drove to Austria, where their first stop was in St. Pölten. The Sistersat Lilienhof were delighted with the visitation for three days. During their visit in Vienna they made a stop at the church „Maria am Gestade“, where Mary Ward once prayed, afterwards they had dinner at the community next to Stephansdom in the middle of Vienna. And with that the Austrian part of their visitation came to an end.
Their first stop in Germany was also the longest: For nine days they stayed in Munich visiting the older Sisters in nursing homes Unterhaching and St. Josef (Nymphenburg), as well as the communities St. Omer and Nymphenburg. Now they are on their way to eastern Bavaria (Passau, Altötting, Bad Reichenhall, …) and then on to the rest of the communities in the northern parts of Germany. All along the Sisters are sending uns pictures of their visitation. On April 16th Sr. Veronica and Sr. Estela will conclude their visitation and return back to Rome.
