Our missions:
The call to bring all people on the margins into the center of our lives draws us to many areas of social need and development partnerships.
Our sisters engage in social work and development ministries driven by Mary Ward’s conviction that faith must be expressed through active service to those marginalised by poverty, conflict, or injustice.
Our involvement stems from discerning God’s call in contemporary realities, seeking to accompany, empower, and advocate alongside vulnerable communities.
Whether running education initiatives, healthcare programmes, or sustainable development projects, we work collaboratively to restore dignity and foster hope.
Our mission flows from Mary Ward’s charism, a spirituality that unites contemplation with action, recognising that authentic love of God necessarily manifests in seeking justice and fullness of life for all.

We also run a variety of projects for young adults seeking work, training them in business skills and empowerment.
In several parts of the world where there is still need for this, we have homes for orphans and other children in need of residential care. This includes hostels for girls from very rural areas, for example in Nepal, who would not otherwise be able to have an education.
We also participate in reconciliation processes with Indigenous peoples, campaign for girls’ and women’s rights and educate against female genital mutilation (FGM).
