We are delighted that our sisters in the two Ukraine Transcarpathia communities of Uzghorod and Seredne, represented here by Sister Marietta, recently received a commendation from the Diocese of Mukachevo in Ukraine in gratitude for their work as volunteers with the people of the region of Transcarpathia. In the commendation the sisters were thanked for their “huge help, understanding and human attitude to the needs of the needy of our country”. The commendation continued: “We wish you peace of mind and good health. May your good deeds serves as bright touchstones in today’s world”.
