General Congregation 2021-22 – New logo

Featured Image

We are delighted to present you with the new logo of the General Congregation 2021-22.  We felt the need to adapt and update the logo that has accompanied us from 2019 until now, to reflect the fact that Part 1 of the GC took place online in July and August 2021, and Part 2 will take place, we hope in person, during the period from 21 August to 12 September 2022 in Nemi, outside Rome, originally planned as location of the entire GC.

As you will notice, we have not totally changed the image we have been using until now. We have simply updated the dates of the General Congregation and, because of this, we have adapted the logo so that the two images mirror one another and the fact that, for the first time ever, the GC has had to take place during not one but two years. Behind the two dancing ladies we have included the image of two globes to witness a process that has involved, involves and will involve every single part of the CJ in the world.

We hope that this new logo will represent for each of you the essence of a process that began this year and will find its fulfilment in late August and early September next year, a process that involves every single member, not only the GC delegates, and at the basis of which, as always, remain the key Just Soul virtues of our foundress, the Venerable Mary Ward – Freedom, Justice, Sincerity and Felicity – each of these being put at the service of “co-creating the future for mission”.
