Matthieu Daum, organisational consultant and facilitator, I have been working for the last 15 years with several religious congregations, facilitating processes of deep transformation. I started working with the CJ 5 years ago, and have facilitated 3 PRSCs since, helping the Body connect to its reality and to what transformation the CJs are being called to by God in this emerging world. As facilitator for the GC, I am hoping we will be able to develop an in-depth collective discernment experience, and open up to God’s will for the CJs in the future.
I am French, spent part of my career in Bristol, UK, and now live in Fontainebleau, France, with my Italian wife and our two daughters.

Philip Endean SJ was born in London, but now travels on an Irish passport. He has been teaching theology, with a special stress on Ignatian spirituality, at the Jesuit Faculties in Paris since 2013, and he has recently become director of Masters programmes there. Before that he taught in London, Oxford and Boston. He has known the CJ for more than forty years, and was a facilitator and chaplain both in 1993 and 2002. This time, he senses that the CJ has committed itself to a process of radical renewal, and that the GC may mark an important turning point. He looks forward to listening to what happens as an Ignatian congregation goes through the theory U process.

Sr. Mary Wright IBVM is an Australian member of the IBVM (Loreto).  She has experience in Institute Leadership as Provincial and also as the Institute Leader in Rome from 1998 to 2006. During that time the Loreto Generalate house, Casa Loreto, moved to via Massaua 3, just a couple of minutes from 250 Via Nomentana. Mary is a canon lawyer with expertise in religious law, and her current ministries include canonical advisor, chapter facilitator and board director of various ministry organisations. From 2008 to 2012 she served as a canonist in the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life in the Vatican. Mary has previously worked with Matthieu Daum at two other General Chapters in Rome. In 2002 she had the privilege of participating as a guest at the 2002 CJ General Congregation in Slovakia, at which Fr. Philip Endean was one of the facilitators.
