Every year on June 6, the Korean Province holds a Provincial Assembly.
Again this year, members of the Province gathered together to commemorate the foundation of Congregatio Jesu in Korea which happened on June 10, 1964. Sisters gave glory and praise to God who had made it possible, and remembered and prayed for the benefactors who had made every effort for this.
This day was a national holiday and thus almost all the members of the Province could gather together without being restricted by their ministries to have a joyful meeting to “honour the past, embrace the present, and co-create the future” not only for the mission but also for the community life.
During the Mass of this significant day, three sisters celebrated their Golden Jubilee, and two applicants were accepted to Postulancy.
